Marketing Executive
Requirements:- Possess minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Building or its equivalent
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office System)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in building industry
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and other various dialects is an added advantage
- To meet company’s sales target and explore new clientele
- To prepare costing, quotation, customers enquiries and submission / collection
- To assist in checking of Material Purchase Order (ensure material cost is within costed price)
- Source and liaise / co-ordinate with suppliers for competitive prices on materials required
- To assist in checking, inform / highlight to immediate superior on any discrepancies in the documentation of the overall operation work-in-progress project and collection
- Awareness of Quality Policy, Objective, Risks and their controls
